FIFTH. will accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received the product for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including shipping fees). We will not under any circumstances accept any returns already opened or worn.
Opened products will not be accepted for returns as a result of dissatisfaction of taste or product results.
Once we receive the product we will refund you in the same form payment was taken.
Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the product. No products will be accepted after 30 days.
You must contact us via email, social media or phone and a customer service representative will guide you in how to return the product. The product must be returned unopened with both goods and packaging in its original condition in order to receive a full refund. Once we have received the goods we will credit your debit or credit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
How to request a return?

This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered.
We may experience product shortage due to a high volume in sales.
We will notify you via phone or email if we do not have the item in stock.
After purchasing a product you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
